• RAG Assistant: Architected and built a RAG-based internal policy assistant solo, serving ~1000 employees across 17 HR and Compliance documents. Designed a two-phase pgvector retrieval pipeline, async ingestion with SSE progress streaming, Microsoft SSO with server-side RBAC, and a three-panel React interface with PDF.js and citation-driven scroll-to-page navigation.

• PowerBI Migration: Led migration of over 10 PowerBI dashboards to MERN stack, improving load times by 67% and delivering mobile-responsive design with enhanced filtering capabilities; owned frontend, backend, database design, SharePoint connections, cron jobs, and deployment pipeline.
